SHIPPING POLICY

[COVID-19 Updates:

* All products are in stock and we’re still delivering worldwide! (COVID-19).* Our factories are still operational and every action has been taken to protect the health of our employees and community. We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis, however, things are moving slower than they would be in normal conditions.

As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below.

What are the estimated delivery times on my orders?

USA: 4-8 business days

World: 7-21 business days

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Your order will be sent out on average within 2-4 business days of ordering.

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived

In most cases the shipments will reach customers within the expected timeline that we advise through our tracking page. Occasionally, it can take a few more days.

In the unfortunate and rare event that it does not turn up at all, please check your payment and order confirmation email and ensure that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact.zodifox@gmail.com noting your order number. We will quickly organize a replacement.

If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.

  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
